2.Catalogue information
We try to keep product names, descriptions and categories accurate, but they are provided for general information. Specifications, compatibility and availability can change, and the “In stock” label is a guide only.
Before ordering, please confirm with our team that a part is right for your machine (brand, model and serial number help).
3.Product images
Product photos are for reference. The part you receive may differ slightly in colour, packaging, labels or appearance from the image shown.
4.Enquiries are not orders
Sending the contact form, a Request a Quote form, a WhatsApp message or an email is an enquiry only. It does not create an order or a contract, and it does not reserve stock.
An order exists only when we have confirmed it with you directly (for example by quotation, invoice or written confirmation).
5.Prices are given on quotation
Prices are not shown on the website. We give prices by quotation, which will state what is included (such as taxes and delivery) and how long it is valid. Any warranty on a part, if offered, will be stated in writing on the quotation or invoice.
