Privacy Policy

This website is run by AN Fitness Spares (A.N Fitness Spares, Shop No. 22, Rucha Building Love Lane Hathibaug, Byculla East, Mazgaon Mumbai, Maharashtra 400010 India) together with our UAE branch, A N F Sports Equipment Trading LLC (P.O. Box No.87872 (Dubai)). In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean these businesses.

The website is a catalogue of fitness equipment spare parts. It does not sell online and does not take payments.

We only collect the information you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your first and last name, phone number, email address, your message and the page you sent it from.
• Request a Quote form: your name, company name (optional), email address, phone / WhatsApp number, the product or part you need, equipment brand and machine model (optional), quantity, any additional information, an optional photo you attach, and the page you sent it from.
• Spam protection: when you send a quote request we store a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your internet (IP) address so we can limit how many requests are sent in a short time. We cannot turn it back into your IP address.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To identify the right spare part for your machine.
• To arrange service or supply when you ask us to.
• To keep normal business records of enquiries and quotations.
• To protect the website from spam and misuse.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share it only where needed to deal with your enquiry – for example between our India and UAE branches, or with a courier when you place an order with us – or when the law requires it.

Form submissions and attached photos are stored with a secure cloud hosting provider. They are not visible to the public and only our team can access them.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and for our business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner (see “Your choices”).

We do not use advertising cookies. The website remembers small settings in your browser, such as whether you prefer the grid or list view of products. Our hosting provider may record basic, anonymous visit statistics (for example which pages are viewed) to keep the site running well.

Some pages include content from other services – the Google Maps map, the YouTube video and WhatsApp links. These services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies when you use them.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Where applicable law – including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and UAE data protection law – gives you further rights, we will respect them.

This website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children.
